Samsung begint deze maand met massaproductie 12GB-lpddr5 voor smartphones

Samsung begint in juli met de massaproductie van 12GB-packages lpddr5-geheugen voor smartphones. De modules zijn opgebouwd uit acht 12Gbit-chips en komen naar alle waarschijnlijkheid in de Galaxy Note 10 van Samsung terecht.
